I’ve lived in Contra Costa County since 1965 and have personally purchased and sold numerous properties for my own account. I know the lay of the land very well. My knowledge of the area and it’s trends will help you select the right location for you. Remember, the three most important things about real estate are location, location, location!
I obtained my real estate salespersons license in 1982 and my real estate brokers license in 1986. I’ve been practicing full time in the real estate profession since 1982. During those many years in the profession I have sold hundreds and hundreds of properties. In fact, the volume of real estate I have sold has earned me a place in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. My vast experience in evaluating property, negotiating, and closing transactions is at your disposal.
I continue to learn all I can about this ever-changing real estate profession. The educational programs I have attended has resulted in the three professional designations I presently hold:
ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative
CRS - Certified Residential Specialist
GRI - Graduate Realtors Institute
